The model didn't lie to you. It forgot — and nothing was watching.

So this studio stops treating your canon as something you have to remember. It becomes something the system holds: a versioned artifact every generation step has to pass through, and can be checked against afterwards.

    Import

    Whatever you already have — a concept, loose notes, a synopsis, a script, a whole book.
    Produces
    Cleaned text, measured and split so that a long manuscript stays workable.

  2. Phase 2

    Understand

    The source you imported, and nothing else.
    Produces
    A Discovery Report: the premise it found, the characters and themes it detected, and the contradictions it cannot resolve on its own.

    You decideYou answer its questions and approve the report. It never invents an answer on your behalf.

  3. Phase 3

    Foundation

    Your approved answers.
    Produces
    The Bible, then the canon fragments and character cards derived from it — the testable rules everything downstream is measured against.

  4. Phase 4

    Production

    Locked canon, assembled fresh for each scene.

    A scene breakdown, and per-scene prompts for video, image, voice and music — each one stamped with the exact canon it was shown.

What keeps it coherent

What you approve stays approved

Lock a canon fragment or a scene and regeneration can no longer touch it. The system proposes additions; it never silently overwrites a decision you made.

Changes travel downstream

Edit something upstream and everything derived from it is flagged the moment it stops being trustworthy. Flagged work fails validation until you re-derive it, so you find out immediately rather than three scenes later.

Drift is caught by arithmetic

Every prompt records a fingerprint of the exact canon it was built from. If canon moves afterwards, the fingerprints stop matching. Catching that takes no judgement and no second opinion from a model.
